How It Works – Seven Simple Steps
1 An account is established.
2 The primary caregiver/administrator will input all personal information pertinent to the Memory Impaired Subject.
3 The primary caregiver/administrator can set up Secondary caregivers (Unlimited Number) who will have only communicative access to the subject through messages, photos and Video.
4 The primary caregiver/administrator Inputs Medical (Health) information along with emergency phone numbers. These fields can be detailed as desired. There purpose is for Emergency Situations.
5 The primary caregiver/administrator sets up contact information for the subject whereby they have a listing of names, addresses and phone numbers.
6 The primary caregiver/administrator inputs important dates for the subjects “Surrogate Memory”. (Anniversaries, Holidays, Birthdays etc.)
7 The primary caregiver/administrator sets up initial tasks for the “TO DO” function which consists of:

Appointments are set up with day, date and time along with reminder sequences.

Doctor’s Appointments are set up with day, date and time along with reminder sequences.

Medications are set up with reoccurrence capability (daily, every other day or any configuration)

Important

All “To Do” tasks of great Importance have a confirmation “Cue” on the subjects PDA that requires a cognitive act on the part of the subject confirming the tasks completion.

Summary

The primary caregiver/administrator has Full Administrative ability for the entire subject’s account. Items such as secondary caregivers, health information, contact information and “To Do” activities can be added, changed or deleted at any time by the primary caregiver. The primary has the full monitoring capability of all activities of the Alzheimer's sufferer, particularly those having a confirmation “Cue.”
