Setting up a new account is simply completing all the fields provided on the purchase screen. Through the website, the primary caregiver has complete control of the site and the PDA. The PDA user is the person needing the assistance which would include the memory impaired. Registration takes less than a minute.

Setting up the PDA user is again a function of working through the different fields and drop downs. Basic information is all that is needed to set this up. For instance, a birthday or other such information is not a requirement. PHONE NUMBER FOR THE PDA IS REQUIRED.

SET UP THE PRIMARY CAREGIVER(ADMINISTRATOR)/SECONDARY CAREGIVERS You can set up as many secondary caregivers as you chose. They will be able to contact the PDA user by telephone(of Course) and through SMS messages or sending pictures or video. Make each secondary caregiver a favorite and/or an emergency contact.

SET UP OTHER CONTACTS The procedure for setting up other contacts is similar. Note is you want them to be a favorite(remember 9 on first page) Plus remember to set up the default phone number.WHENEVER YOU NEED TO CHANGE INFORMATION OR PICTURES ON ANY CAREGIVER just click details beside that person name on the account page or contact page.

EMERGENCY INFORMATION *This is not required* Most subscribers prefer to provide information that would be important in an emergency. Items such as general health condition, blood type, allergies and the like can be very useful to emergency personnel. The listing of medications is often thoroughly completed. Emergency contacts can be easily dialed from this screen.

SEND MESSAGES, PICTURES OR VIDEOS On the website select send message or send pictures. Easily browse for pictures on your computer, select multiple pictures, type in suggestive descriptions then click upload and your pictures are on their way.

Setting up TO-Dos is simple. There are five types of To-Dos, each repesented by a visually suggestive icon. APPOINTMENTS, TASKS, MEDICATIONS, DOCTORS, AND OCCASIONS. Setup reccurring events and you won’t have to touch them again. You can set up a reminder sequence for any To-Do. PDA user confirmations of scheduled To-Dos are reported by displaying a green check-mark next to the To-Do icon in To-Do Center. Stay on top of your loved one's needs.
